Terms of Service and Public Offer

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer by Artur Alekseevich Sobolev, a payer of the professional income tax (self-employed, Russian Federation), TIN 400703998104 (the "Administration"), to provide access to lored AI, a catalog of information materials about artificial intelligence available at lored.ru and in the Telegram bot (the "Service").

1.2. The user accepts these terms by confirming consent when entering the Service or by paying for a subscription. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Service.

1.3. The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age.

2. What the Service provides

2.1. Without a subscription, titles, descriptions and previews of materials are available. A subscription gives access to the full texts, guides and files of the catalog for the paid period.

2.2. The materials are for information and reference only and are provided "as is". They are not legal, financial, medical or any other professional advice.

2.3. Many materials describe third-party services, AI models, programs, skills, prompts and links that do not belong to the Administration. Their owners may change terms, prices, limits or features, close access or stop operating at any time. Therefore the Administration does not guarantee that a described method, skill, prompt, free plan or link will work for a particular user or at any particular time, and does not guarantee any result.

2.4. The Administration may update, add, change and remove catalog materials, including outdated ones. The catalog may change during the paid period.

3. User obligations and liability

3.1. The user uses the materials at their own risk and is responsible for complying with the law and with the rules of the third-party services they use.

3.2. The Administration is not liable for the blocking or restriction of the user's accounts in third-party services, data loss, charges by third-party services or other consequences of using the materials.

3.3. Access is personal. It is prohibited to give access to the account to third parties, or to copy, publish, resell or otherwise distribute the paid materials and files of the catalog. In case of violation the Administration may suspend or terminate access.

3.4. The Service works through a Telegram bot; access is tied to the user's Telegram account. The Administration may suspend access if there are signs of account transfer or shared use of a subscription.

3.5. The materials are for personal use. Rights to third-party materials, programs and trademarks belong to their owners. If you are a rights holder and believe a material infringes your rights, write to arturciksobolev@gmail.com: the material will be reviewed and removed if necessary.

4. Subscription and payment

4.1. Subscription prices when paying by card: 1 month — 990 ₽, 3 months — 2,490 ₽, 6 months — 4,490 ₽. When paying with Telegram Stars: 1 month — 650 ⭐, 3 months — 1,650 ⭐, 6 months — 2,950 ⭐. The catalog content is the same for all periods. Current prices are shown in the "Subscription" section and form part of the offer.

4.2. Payment is accepted in the Telegram bot: with Telegram Stars (the payment is processed by Telegram) or by bank card through the YooKassa payment service. The Administration does not receive or store bank card data.

4.3. When paying with Stars, auto-renewal is available for the 1-month period: Telegram charges 650 ⭐ every 30 days until cancelled; the 3- and 6-month periods are paid with Stars once. If auto-renewal is turned on when paying by card, the user agrees to an automatic charge of the full price of the chosen period at the start of each following period until auto-renewal is turned off. The Service sends a reminder in Telegram 3 days before the charge.

4.4. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in the "Profile" section. After that no new charges are made, and access remains until the end of the paid period.

4.5. Access opens after the payment is confirmed by the payment service.

5. Refunds

5.1. The user may cancel the subscription and request a refund by writing to arturciksobolev@gmail.com and stating their Telegram ID. Refunds are made in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, minus the cost of access actually provided, in proportion to the elapsed part of the paid period.

5.2. The refund is made by the same method as the payment, within 10 days of receiving the request. After the refund, access to the paid materials ends.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". Technical interruptions are possible, including because of Telegram, hosting and payment services. The Administration tries to restore operation within a reasonable time.

6.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Administration's liability to the user is limited to the amount the user paid for the current paid period.

7. Changes to the terms

7.1. The Administration may change these terms. A new version is published on this page with its date. For material changes the user will be asked to accept the terms again; continuing to use the Service means agreement with the new version.

8.1. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
