1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is Artur Alekseevich Sobolev (self-employed), TIN 400703998104, e-mail arturciksobolev@gmail.com (the "Operator"). This policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation and applies to the website lored.ru and the lored AI Telegram bot (the "Service").

2. What data we process

— Telegram account data: Telegram ID, name and username, which Telegram passes on sign-in.
— The interface language you chose.
— Subscription and payment data: period, amount, status, the payment ID in YooKassa or in Telegram (when paying with Stars), the fact and date of consent to automatic charges. We do not receive bank card data: YooKassa processes it.
— The date and version of the accepted terms of service.
— Technical data: IP address and request times in server logs.
— Messages you send to the bot for support.

3. Why

To sign you in and give access to materials; to accept payments and renew the subscription; to send Telegram notifications about the subscription and payments; to answer requests; to prevent abuse and keep the Service secure; to meet legal requirements, including accounting.

4. Legal grounds

Performance of the contract (the terms of service) with you, your consent, which you give by ticking the box on sign-in, and the Operator's legal obligations.

5. Who receives the data

— YooMoney NCO LLC (YooKassa), to accept payments.
— Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. and affiliates, foreign companies), to run the bot, deliver messages and accept payments with Telegram Stars. This is a cross-border transfer limited to what the bot needs: Telegram ID and message texts.
— Cloudflare, Inc., a technical intermediary through which the server sends requests to Telegram.
— The hosting provider whose servers in Russia store the Service database.
The data is not sold and not shared for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

While you have an account in the Service and have not withdrawn consent. Payment data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

7. Cookies

The Service works inside Telegram and does not use cookies for users. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to arturciksobolev@gmail.com with your Telegram ID. We reply within 10 working days. After the data is deleted, access to the Service ends; data that the law requires us to keep is deleted when the required period ends. You may also complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

9. Security

The site works only over HTTPS, server access is restricted, sign-in codes and tokens are stored as hashes, and database backups are sent only to the Service administrators.

A new version of the policy is published on this page with its date.
